I had an excellent stay here. The room was very comfortable with fresh towels and daily cleaning. The WiFi and air conditioning worked seamlessly. There was a lift, secure parking options for both cars and bikes. The location was convenient with a supermarket, bus stop and a few street food places nearby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more pleasant.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and provided great service. the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean with good water pressure in the shower. We also enjoyed having access to a communal kitchen on the top floor of the building.
The room we stayed in did not have any natural light as the window faced a wall and there was no proper lighting for reading in bed. the room was also a bit shabby in places and could use some updates.

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi and air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was convenient, with a bus stop and supermarket nearby, and a short walk to West Lake. Another plus was the friendly staff who were always willing to help.
The rooms were not as advertised, lacking a proper kitchen and kitchenette. The communal kitchen on the top floor was not fully equipped, with limited items and not geared for non-Vietnamese guests.
